The City established a new customer service program called Ask Elk Grove, that connects residents with specially-trained customer service representatives ready to assist with non-emergency City service requests. This includes items from potholes to stray animals, street lights to trash collection and everything in-between.
Ask Elk Grove helps make local government open and accessible to everyone. It opens the doors to City Hall. Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible and get you the help or information you need - quickly and easily. Ask Elk Grove is your single point of contact for requesting all non-emergency City services.
