Grant Line / Sheldon Feasibility Study

Project Study Area
Study Overview

The study will determine the potential impacts of the future widening of Grant Line Road in the Sheldon area (from Bond Road to Calvine Road).  Areas of focus will be preferred access configurations, intersection modifications, and to identify potential right-of-way needs for property owner planning purposes

Previous efforts by the Connector JPA have identified several varied configurations of roadway improvements, but with direct input from property owners, this study would refine those ideas into one cohesive design direction that can be taken forward by the Connector JPA.

At the conclusion of the study period, the City will make available a document that can be used by property owners to plan their own site improvements, as well as to guide future design efforts by the Connector JPA.  Please see the JPA website for more information about the Capital Southeast Corridor:

The study will take place over 2 years, and will include both public meetings and one on one meetings with the project manager.  These meetings and discussions are crucial to the success of the study to discuss and refine access needs and impacts.
