Statements of Economic Interests (FPPC Form 700)
Every elected official and public employee who makes or influences governmental decisions is required to submit an annual Statement of Economic Interests . The City's Conflict of Interest Code identifies those employees who are required to file, and the economic interests they are required to disclose.
Elected officials for the City of Elk Grove are required to file pursuant to the guidelines of Government Code Section 87200, and submit their Statements directly to the Fair Political Practices Commission . These statements may be viewed through the FPPC's Form 700 searchable list
