Alternative Compliance / Waiver for Commercial Solid Waste Service

State and local laws require businesses and multifamily properties to subscribe to and participate in recycling and organic waste collection services. The Elk Grove Municipal Code requires businesses to arrange for trash, recycling, and organic waste services with a single hauler. Commercial customer may use this form to request approval for alternative compliance or a waiver.

You will be notified within 90 days whether your request was approved or denied. Waivers are subject to annual review and may be revoked at the sole discretion of the City.
