ARTgrove "Day of La Concha" Elk Grove Sweet Fest

ARTgrove "Day of La Concha" Elk Grove Sweet Fest is a celebration of the Mexican traditional Sweet Breads of Mexico (Pan Dulce). "La Concha" is a sweet bread that looks like a seashell, usually pink, tan or brown and has become very popular. At this event we will be partnering with Bueno Cafe who will have a tantalizing spread of "Pan Dulce" Agua frescas, and coffees. We will also have other sweet vendors, themed art murals, art silent auction, music, food, local artisans, entertainment, Concha art painting presented by Annie Peony Gallery, balloon twisting, face painting, photo op cutouts, raffles, etc . This event is a fundraiser for the Elk Grove Food Bank Services and we will be sharing the proceeds. If you bring a nonperishable, unopened and unexpired food donation, you will receive one free ticket for the raffle. We will also be selling raffle tickets all day for some great baskets!.
