On August 3, 2022, Elk Grove Police Department detectives arrested 30-year-old Cedric Brazell, of Elk Grove, on three counts of indecent exposure, two counts of disorderly conduct-solicitation for lewd acts, one count of sexual battery, and one count of elder abuse related to incidents that occurred between May 27, 2022, and August 3, 2022. Detectives believe there may be additional victims and/or unreported incidents.
Brazell was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on August 3rd and is ineligible for bail.
