Need City branded swag donated for your event?

The City of Elk Grove believes in the importance of sharing our brand throughout our city and to others outside our community! We’re honored to partner with you in this effort by donating branded city promotional items and swag for your event and/or participation needs. Prior to submission, carefully review the donation request guidelines below.

Please complete the swag request form below and a member of our team will be in contact with you upon submission. Promotional donations are provided at the discretion of the City, merchandise quantities are limited, and not all requests may be approved.

Donation Request Guidelines

  • All requests must be received at least one week prior to the scheduled event date/in-hand date via this online request form. Requests submitted via private email, by phone or walk in will not be considered.
  • Examples of requests include items for out of state/country guest welcome gifts, charity auctions, tournament hosts. Donations will not be considered for organizations to gift their membership or current participants.
  • Identify one individual to submit request for your organization/league/team/group – this is especially important if multiple teams are participating from the same league (i.e. 8U and 10U are both participating from Laguna Youth Baseball). Multiple requests from the same organization will be declined.
  • The request must come from a charitable, 501(c)(3) organization or school. Exceptions may apply given each circumstance. 
  • Donation requests of approved items must be picked up at Elk Grove City Hall, during business hours. (Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm). 
  • Organizations/Individuals are encouraged to tag the City of Elk Grove in social posts (@cityofeg), at the requested event.
